Janet in her shared role as clinical supervisor for ODP students and qualified staff doing CPD was the ultimate networker. She used her numerous conversations as a tool in her armoury of support mechanisms for our students. If it came to light that someone was struggling in one way or another, she was there like a shot to talk, cajole, comfort or lay out the consequences constructively to the individual. She cared about and for learners. She knew that new starters needed “hand-holding” and that seeking help is a stength not a weakness. Thank you for that Janet

There is a lot more gardening (she was very knowledgeable) and painting of dogs,pets and other things that she could have done- that is both sad and unfair. it was good to work with you.
